It takes roughly 40 minutes by seaplane from Velana International Airport in the Maldives to reach the resort. The property features 90 modern-style beach villas, half of which come equipped with private infinity pools; all villas are arranged along the coastline, facing the crystal-clear lagoon. Designed by architect Taniyama Toshiro, born in Tokyo and raised in New York, the villas showcase clean lines, bold structural forms, and natural materials, emphasizing harmony with the surrounding tropical environment.

The resort includes an underwater restaurant featuring the same design as the one at the Conrad Hong Kong, making it the fourth underwater dining venue in the Maldives and the largest in the region. Typically, the resort does not accommodate guests under the age of 15, catering primarily to adult travelers seeking privacy and exclusivity.
