César Villa is located in the only spot on the island, with a total floor area of 531㎡ facing east toward sunrise, featuring a private pool. John Jacob Astor Villa is located in the Maldives, standing alone on the island with a total area of 1,540 square meters. Built over water and named after its founder, John Jacob Astor IV, each bedroom features a private fitness area, personal cinema, and spa suite, plus three staff living quarters. The villa boasts an expansive infinity pool, massage pool, and leisure pool totaling approximately 92 square meters. The fully equipped kitchen can accommodate up to 12 guests.
