<p>Cowrie Restaurant offers buffet catering service for three meals a day. The breakfast session covers a variety of international-style dishes, including sashimi, porridge and other hot foods. The ingredients are fresh and the variety is rich to meet diverse dietary needs. A variety of fresh salads, breads, cold cuts and desserts are served during lunch, and there is an open central kitchen where chefs prepare hot dishes on site. Dinner focuses on Asian flavors, and Friday night is specially set up as a Maldivian theme night, with whole grilled tuna caught that day as the main course. All meals are presented live by the chef during the meal. </p>
