Vivanta Coral Reef Resort by Taj Maldives is a resort facility under the Taj Group, located on a heart-shaped island. The island is approximately 36 kilometers from Male International Airport and can be reached by high-speed boat in one hour. The resort has completed a comprehensive renovation since 2008, including the redecoration of ground-level buildings, the renewal of underground pipe systems and the replacement of seawater desalination equipment, which has improved the comfort of accommodation. The resort is a snorkeling island with tropical landscapes and sunset sea views. It has rich marine ecological resources, including more than 600 species of fish and multiple diving spots, suitable for diving activities. The hotel offers a variety of water activities, and you can explore the private reef area and shipwreck area to observe diverse marine life and colorful fish. Some diving areas can reach a depth of 100 feet, allowing you to experience the wonders of the underwater landforms. There is a fixed event of stingray feeding at 5 pm every day. This tradition has been going on for twenty years. In addition, 'island guardians', as they are called by local residents, may appear under certain conditions. Advantages of the island ① The number of rooms is limited, the density of tourists is low, and the privacy is high ② The manta ray feeding activity is held at 17:00 every day ③ The water house can directly carry out snorkeling, and there is a shipwreck snorkeling area near the pier. The disadvantages of the island are small; there is a breakwater on one side of the water house, and the snorkeling conditions in the area within the water house are good; there are no children's play facilities

Reef Bar, listed as item #3 on the restaurant's dining menu, offers premium wines and spirits. Opened in 2023, it operates daily from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Signature drinks include the Six-Salt Tequila Tray—a curated selection of six tequilas each infused with a distinct salt flavor. Located on the building's top floor, the bar provides panoramic views of the nighttime cityscape, making it an ideal spot for evening relaxation. Access is available via walking or direct elevator ride.
