The entire layout is designed as a floating structure on the water, creating a living environment that offers a sense of natural seclusion.

Room Type: Family Waterfront Pool Villa, the only one on the island facing sunrise. With a total area of 91㎡, it is larger than the standard water villas and features a private pool. The interior includes a dedicated space where two extra children's beds can be added, making it ideal for two adults and two children. The terrace offers sun loungers and other leisure amenities, but does not include a hammock.

The property includes a 139-square-meter swimming pool that surrounds the entire estate, enclosed by a 140-square-meter ocean-view terrace ideal for dining, relaxation, or evening gatherings.
