Resort Intro

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is located in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, approximately 400 kilometers from Malé. Designed under the guidance of an award-winning designer who has previously received accolades from the SDCA Design Awards, this atoll comprises 50 islands and is recognized as one of the largest and deepest natural atolls in the world—offering exceptional snorkeling conditions. The island spans roughly 300 meters by 400 meters and is the first resort in the Maldives to join the Global Green Growth Initiative. From planning through construction, ecological preservation has been strictly upheld, with personalized guest services tailored to individual preferences.

Due to its proximity to the equator, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the night sky from both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, including a clear sight of the rare Milky Way. Its remote location ensures minimal light pollution and isolation from external disturbances, providing an ideal environment for stargazing.

The island is lushly covered with palm trees, coconut palms, banyan trees, and tropical flowers, creating a seamless landscape that flows uninterrupted into turquoise waters and a pristine, silver-white beach rated 5A. Combined with pink-hued sunsets, the overall atmosphere exudes a serene natural beauty.

Island Advantages ① Selected among the “Top 41 New Hotels of the Year” on DestinAsian Magazine’s Luxe List in 2010; ② Listed as one of Condé Nast Traveler’s recommended hotels of 2010; ③ Awarded “Best Spa Center” by Condé Nast; ④ Home to Huvadhoo—the largest and deepest circular coral island in the Indian Ocean; ⑤ The first hotel in the Maldives built and operated according to Earth Check certification standards.

Island Disadvantages Prior to the pandemic, pricing in China was below the brand’s positioning level. After the pandemic, following the opening of its sister property, Aman Resorts, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa adjusted prices to a more appropriate range—but still saw a significant increase compared to pre-pandemic levels.
