This room type is located in the newly developed second phase, consisting of 20 units numbered from 97 to 101. These are water villas featuring a water slide and offering all-inclusive services. The villa layout includes a retractable roof, living area, children's sleeping zone, and a private pool. The master bedroom features a remotely controlled sliding roof that opens to reveal an unobstructed view of the night sky. The outdoor bathroom is situated outside the building and includes a shower and a sunken bathtub, accessible via a passage leading to the lagoon. This is Room 34, with a gross floor area of 1,796 square meters, featuring a viewing tower located at the highest point on the entire island. Upon check-in, guests enjoy a unified pricing model covering all services. This room type is available in only one unit across the entire island.

This room type is located at the end of Xie Lake, specifically Room 105, offering an all-inclusive package that covers accommodation, meals, and basic services. The room is fully equipped with all necessary facilities to meet standard lodging requirements.
